Nurse to Nurse Conversations

Nurse to Nurse Conversations

Building resiliency through conversation and connection with fellow nurses

Need to talk? We all need a safe place to share how the last two years in healthcare has impacted us. A place to build resilience through sharing experiences. A place to support each other through a debrief. A place to learn skills and to increase our collective resiliency.

Rainier Olympic Nurses Association is partnering with the Trauma Resilience Team (TRT), part of Pierce County Medical Reserve Corps, to hold Nurse to Nurse Discussions. TRT volunteers will facilitate the sessions and provide brief, practical trainings on compassion fatigue and self care.

Open to all RNs and LPNs who live or work in Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Kitsap, Grays Harbor, Clallam and Jefferson counties. Nurses who attend and complete an evaluation form will receive a certificate of attendance for the education portion of the session.

COVID Protocols – This event will be held in person at our new office. We will be limiting attendance to allow for social distancing. We ask that all attendees are vaccinated and wear a mask. KN95 masks will be available at the office.
