Rainier Olympic Nurses Association board has created a Lifetime Achievement Award to celebrate a member who has substantially contributed to our association.

The board will consider members for a Lifetime Achievement Award on even number years. Eligible members must be a current or former R.O.N.A. member in good standing. If awarded, the awardee will be honored at the Nurses Week Banquet.

Procedure:  In January of even number years, current board members and board members who’ve served in the past 5 years complete this form to submit a nomination to the board. The board will finalize their decision by the end of the March board meeting.
